Mr. Ellen Vanderweyden (°1991) graduated in 2015 with a Master of Laws degree from KU Leuven.
After her studies, she began her career as a lawyer at the Leuven Bar. During her internship, she received comprehensive training, after which she focused on liability and insurance law, property and real estate law, civil disputes, as well as criminal law in its broadest sense.

Driven by her deep interest in construction and real estate law, she joined DGDM in January 2025, where she became part of the real estate department.

She has years of experience assisting businesses with litigation, contract drafting, providing legal advice, and conducting negotiations. In 2021, she also completed the “Professional Negotiation” training course.
In her free time, Ellen enjoys spending time with family and friends, can often be found on or next to the volleyball court, or relaxing in a cozy bar or restaurant.
