Article 1382 of the Civil Code: fault, damage and causal link

The likelihood that one day you will (unintentionally) cause damage to someone is not insignificant. Think, for example, of that summer bicycle ride when you “accidentally” ran into another cyclist who you were obliged to yield priority to since he was coming from your right.

We first investigate whether the legal conditions for your liability are in fact present (fault, damage, causal link). Moreover, many cases of damage are covered by an insurance policy (family insurance, fire insurance, car insurance, etc.). We check all this for you.
