An obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Hogeschool Gent, a solid foundation she has carried throughout her career. She built up fifteen years of experience as an office manager within an IT company, where she grew into the team’s organisational point of contact. This was followed by ten years at a law firm, an environment in which precision, discretion and clear communication are essential — qualities in which An truly thrives.

What particularly appeals to An at De Groote – De Man is the shared focus on long-term relationships. She firmly believes that successful collaboration starts with transparency, trust and a human approach. Building lasting partnerships and genuinely getting to know people is what motivates her every day.

In her free time, An finds energy in the gym or in the kitchen, as she loves experimenting with new dishes during the weekend. She thoroughly enjoys gastronomic dinners with friends and other culinary indulgences. In her garden, she has a special fondness for her white Annabelle hydrangeas, her favourite flowers.
Whenever possible, she enjoys going for a walk with her family, usually followed by a cosy drink on a terrace.
