After a period of study at KU Leuven (Orthopedagogy) and Arteveldehogeschool (Midwifery), Goedel chose to continue her professional path in the field. Through various roles, she discovered a strong interest in administration and reception. In the longer term, she is considering deepening her experience with an additional qualification, possibly a bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice.

Before joining De Groote – De Man, she worked for three years as an administrative employee in the emergency department and at the central reception desk of AZ Jan Palfijn. In that role, she was responsible for welcoming and registering patients, telephony, and general administration. She was also part of the bed planning team, where she was responsible for monitoring and organising bed capacity within the hospital.

At De Groote – De Man, Goedel can continue to apply and develop her administrative skills in a professional environment. The combination of administration, reception, and support within a legal context particularly appealed to her.

In her free time, Goedel enjoys a good book with a cup of coffee. She also enjoys swimming or going on walks with her family.
