Marthe Annaert

In 2026, Marthe graduated with distinction with a Master of Laws from Ghent University, where she specialised in corporate and financial law. During her studies, she gained practical experience through internships at KPMG Law (corporate law) and Liedekerke (banking & finance). She also worked as a Legal Solutions Engineer at Legalfly, a legal AI company where law and technology intersect. Alongside her studies, Marthe developed entrepreneurial experience in the fashion sector, where she built her own reselling business.

What attracted her to De Groote – De Man was its forward-looking vision and clear focus on providing legal services tailored to entrepreneurs. Drawing on her own entrepreneurial background, she understands how essential clear and pragmatic guidance is. The final decision was shaped by the enthusiastic team and the open, dynamic work culture in which she immediately felt at home.

Marthe is trilingual and communicates fluently in Dutch, French and English.

In her free time, Marthe enjoys spending time with friends and discovering new places to enjoy good food or a drink. She also loves cooking herself when she is not devouring a book or fully immersing herself in a powerful film.
