Nancy Gyssels

Initially, Nancy began studying social work because she has a passion for helping people who are struggling in our society. After a few years, she found herself working in a notary’s office by chance, where her interest in the legal world emerged. She then transitioned to a law firm in Ghent, where she worked for 13 years as the only non-lawyer. During this time, Nancy ensured the office ran smoothly and gained valuable knowledge and experience.

When the vacancy at DGDM came up, Nancy felt immediately drawn to it. After an initial interview, she was very enthusiastic and knew she wanted to further build her career there. The innovative ideas and approach of DGDM particularly sparked her interest and curiosity. With her many years of experience in the legal field, Nancy brings valuable expertise to DGDM.

Outside of her professional life, Nancy is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters, to whom she devotes most of her free time. Additionally, she enjoys spending pleasant evenings with friends, whether it’s for a delicious cocktail at a nice bar, a movie night, theater, dining out, or going out. Nancy is always open to new experiences and dislikes routine. She is also an avid supporter of KAA Gent.
