Romy D'Hoe

Romy D’Hoe obtained her Master of Laws from Ghent University with distinction, with a strong focus on corporate, company and financial law. She subsequently completed the Advanced Master in IP & ICT Law at KU Leuven, also graduating with distinction.

During her studies, Romy was active at V-NS as a student legal consultant, where she gained practical experience across various areas of law and contributed to a wide range of legal matters. During her Advanced Master, she worked as a self-employed student, with a clear focus on commercial contracts.

Romy is trilingual and works fluently in Dutch, French and English, enabling her to assist clients in a broad, international context.

Her decision to join De Groote – De Man reflects her appreciation for a firm with an innovative mindset, a forward-looking vision on the legal profession and a warm, collaborative culture.

In her free time, she enjoys travelling, discovering good restaurants with friends or family, and staying active through sports.
