Stefanie Debeuf is a lawyer and a certified mediator in the Real Estate Law department.
She holds a law degree (VUB, 2002) and also obtained the Diplôme d’études spécialisées en droit européen (ULB, 2003). In recent years, she has focused on alternative dispute resolution and obtained a postgraduate degree in mediation in administrative matters (KUL, 2018) with great distinction.

After working for several years at the law firms of Stibbe and Lydian, she became a partner at the niche law firm Adhemar Law in 2014, where she headed the real estate and construction law team. She joined DGDM in 2022.
In addition to her work as a lawyer, Stefanie also likes to immerse herself in the sources of law. From 2005 to 2010, she was a teaching assistant in legal methodology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. A few years later, she held the position of editorial secretary at the Rechtskundig Weekblad (2015-2021).

As a lawyer and certified mediator, Stefanie assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of contracts in the context of real estate transactions and construction projects, among other things. She also advises private and public entities on the execution of public contracts. If required, she assists clients in the context of legal proceedings before various courts of law. She has particular expertise in PPP projects and mediation in administrative conflicts.
Stefanie grew up in Germany, so in her spare time you can find her in German cities and on Austrian ski slopes.
