Tim De Coninck is Legal Tech Officer at De Groote – De Man. He works at the intersection of strategy, technology and organisational development, helping the firm translate new technologies into concrete applications that support lawyers in their work and serve clients more efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining DGDM, Tim built broad experience in digital transformation, product development and strategic innovation. He worked at Plantyn and Informat, among others, where he was responsible for the development of digital products and data-driven solutions within the education sector. In earlier roles, he guided organisations in rethinking their business models and connecting people, processes and technology.

The choice for De Groote – De Man felt like a natural one for Tim. The legal sector is at the beginning of a fundamental change, driven by digitalisation, artificial intelligence and new client expectations. DGDM deliberately positions itself as an innovative legal partner that combines technology and legal expertise to build sustainable, future-oriented solutions. From the very first contact, he also felt a strong match with the firm\’s culture: entrepreneurial, pragmatic and forward-thinking.

Alongside his professional activities, Tim enjoys engaging in local initiatives that bring people together in his neighbourhood. In his spare time, you will regularly find him on his motorbike or around the table with friends, enjoying good food and a fine glass.
