Yasmine Lemaire

Yasmine Lemaire first obtained a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences. She subsequently completed the LL.M. in International Business Law at Ghent University, followed by a Master’s degree in Law.

Before beginning her career as a lawyer, Yasmine gained relevant practical experience as a legal adviser at Warfid. There, she further developed her legal knowledge and learned to approach corporate law matters from a practical, business-oriented perspective.

Her broad academic background and previous experience are well suited to the multidisciplinary approach of De Groote – De Man. As part of the Corporate Law team, she combines her legal expertise with an understanding of the broader economic context in which businesses operate.

In her free time, Yasmine enjoys attending festivals and dining out. She also appreciates spending relaxed evenings with friends, cooking, reading and watching films.
