Our Corporate Law team recently assisted the shareholders of Rhino Boulder Gym in establishing Forino Climbing Partners, together with investment firm Forstrom.
This transaction marks an important step in further expanding climbing infrastructure in Belgium and building on Rhino Boulder Gym’s success as a pioneer in the sector.
