As far as possible we try to recover the unpaid monies without the intervention of a judge, so as to avoid needless expenses. After all, in some cases the formal notice of default by a lawyer is already enough to change the opposing party’s mind. However, if the opposing party remains recalcitrant, we will initiate a judicial proceeding after consultation with you.
