Help, my dog has bitten a child!

Article 1386 of the Civil Code states that the owner of an animal (or the person who has it in use) is liable for the damage caused by the animal, whether it is under their care, lost, or escaped. For example, consider your beloved ‘Doberman’ that suddenly bit the neighbor’s child or your favorite horse that broke out of the pasture and ran under a car. Who will pay for that?

In some cases, insurance may be able to intervene, but unfortunately, this is not always the case. We investigate your case and determine how we can limit your damage.
