Together with you, we will examine the agreements that have been made so far, and offer suggestions for areas that may need further clarification. We will check if everything is legally correct and provide tips on perfectly tailoring the arrangement to your needs. We will draw up the agreement and file it with the accompanying petition with the court registrar so that the Family Court can convert your arrangement into a court order. The court costs are included in our price. If further negotiations are required, necessitating more than two meetings, then this will be billed at the regular hourly rate.
